Description
The VIEGA Rotguss elbow (model 3090, article 269234) makes a 90° turn in a 1″ threaded pipe run, with an internal (Rp) thread on both ends, so a male-threaded pipe or fitting screws in on either side.
It’s made from Rotguss, a corrosion-resistant copper-tin-zinc casting alloy commonly marketed as gunmetal or red brass, threaded to DIN EN 10226-1 and UBA-listed for drinking water, and is rated to 16 bar at 20°C with a continuous working temperature up to 105°C.
It’s the larger-bore counterpart to the smaller sizes of this elbow, used where a threaded distribution run needs a bigger diameter.
