Description
The VIEGA Rotguss cross fitting (model 3180, article 320614) branches a 1/2″ threaded pipe run into two additional outlets at the same point, with an internal (Rp) thread on all four ports, so male-threaded pipe or fittings screw in on every side.
It’s made from Rotguss, a corrosion-resistant copper-tin-zinc casting alloy commonly marketed as gunmetal or red brass, threaded to DIN EN 10226-1. It’s approved for potable water installations as well as heating and gas systems.
It’s used where a distribution point needs two branches off a single 1/2″ run rather than the single branch of a standard tee.
