Viega Brass Nipple 3/4", 70 mm, Male Thread, Art. 650940

Viega long nipple 3/4″ (model 3530, Art. 650940) is a straight piece with an R 3/4 male thread on both ends and an overall length of 70 mm. Where two female-threaded components on a 3/4″ line have to be connected at a distance rather than screwed tightly together, it bridges the gap.

According to Viega, model 3530 is produced in gunmetal, silicon bronze or a copper-silicon alloy, and no alloy is specified for a single piece. The tapered R threads follow EN 10226-1. Viega knurls them at the factory, which means sealing hemp can be applied straight away, with no need to roughen the thread.

The nipple suits drinking-water, heating and gas lines: Viega approves these connectors for drinking-water and gas installations, and Art. 650940 is on DVGW certificate DV-7401AO2957. Sealing material is not supplied with the nipple. Other Viega threaded connectors in our range let you continue the 3/4″ line on both sides of the nipple.
