Viega Smartpress Press Reducing Tee 25x20x25 mm, Stainless Steel, Press, Art. 730024

Viega Smartpress press reducing tee 25x20x25 mm (model 6718, Art. 730024) takes a 20 mm side branch off a 25 mm multilayer line. The two ends of the run are both 25 mm, so the line does not narrow inside the tee.

The tee is made of stainless steel 1.4401 and is pressed without O-rings. All three ends carry SC-Contur: if you miss one while pressing, that joint leaks in the leak test. The stainless steel must not touch building materials or mortar that contain chloride.

Viega Smartpress, Pexfit Pro or Pexfit Fosta pipe is pressed into the 25 mm and 20 mm ends, and the tee suits drinking-water, heating and compressed-air lines. Smartpress has a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar, and the temperature may reach 70 °C in drinking water and 80 °C in heating. The press tool and jaws are not included.
