Choose pipe clamps whose sound-insulating inlays release no leachable chloride, and insulation with only a small share of water-soluble chloride.

Cut the pipe cleanly and straight with pipe cutters, push it into the 32×32 mm coupling until the pipe end is visible in the inspection window, and check the insertion depth there. Then place the press jaw onto the fitting at a right angle and carry out the pressing.
