Description
Viega Smartpress radiator connection set 16 mm (model 6777, Art. 730291) connects a radiator to Smartpress multilayer pipework. The set holds two stainless steel connection pipes: each has a 16 mm press end with SC-Contur and a plain 15 mm end placed at a height of 350 mm.
The 16 mm end is pressed onto Smartpress pipe, and SC-Contur makes a joint that was accidentally left unpressed noticeable during the leak test. The plain 15 mm end is intended for the press connectors of Viega’s metal press systems, so it goes into the socket of such a fitting rather than onto pipe.
The 16 mm press ends are pressed onto pipe from the Viega Smartpress, Pexfit Pro or Pexfit Fosta systems. The press fittings for the 15 mm ends and the press tool are not included.
