STOUT Eurocone Adapter PEX 16×2.0 x 3/4", Brass, Art. SFC-0020-001620

STOUT eurocone adapter PEX 16×2.0 x 3/4″ (Art. SFC-0020-001620) is a compression fitting that joins STOUT PE-Xa/EVOH pipe of 16×2.0 mm to equipment with a 3/4″ male eurocone outlet, such as a STOUT distribution manifold. Its union nut, with a G 3/4 female thread, screws onto the outlet, while a compression ring grips the pipe.

The body is CW617N brass, the union nut chrome-plated CW617N brass, and the compression ring is brass as well. STOUT rates the fitting for a working pressure of 10 bar and working temperatures up to 95 °C.

As a dismountable joint, the adapter has to stay accessible for inspection, and STOUT forbids embedding compression fittings in floor and wall structures. Before each heating season, check the joint and re-tighten the union nut if it has loosened, always on a cold pipe.
