STOUT Heating Manifold G3/4, 5 Outlets, without Flow Meters, Stainless Steel, Art. SMS-0932-000005

STOUT heating manifold (Art. SMS-0932-000005) has five G 3/4 eurocone outlets and works without flow meters: instead, each circuit is balanced by a shut-off balancing valve on the supply bar. The block connects the heating circuits independently of one another, shares the heat carrier between them and lets you shut off a single circuit or the whole system.

At the design flows, the shut-off balancing valves throttle the excess pressure difference in each circuit that the hydraulic calculation of the heating system reveals; each valve is set by turning its stem to a given position with a hex key. The return bar has thermostatic valves with regulating caps and presettable flow. Both bars are stainless steel, and the kit adds two bracket sets, the eurocone nipples, two air vent valves and two drain valves.

The block is meant for heating systems piped in polymer or multilayer pipe, which connect to its 3/4″ outlets through eurocone compression fittings bought separately; ball valves and thermometers are not included either. Each bar has a G 1″ main connection, and the manifold is rated for 10 bar and a heat-carrier temperature of up to 80 °C. See also our list of manifolds with and without flow meters.
