Why choose a full-bore valve over a standard-bore valve?

A full-bore valve has an internal passage matching the pipe's inner diameter, resulting in minimal pressure drop when open. This is advantageous in high-flow circuits or where pressure losses must be kept low, such as heating distribution networks or pump suction lines.

What thread type do both ends carry?
