S.R. Rubinetterie Tondera Radiator Angle Supply Valve 1/2", Brushed Nickel, Brass, Art. 0623-1500NSP0

S.R. Rubinetterie Tondera radiator supply valve 1/2″, brushed nickel (Art. 0623-1500NSP0), is a manual angle valve with which you take one radiator out of the heating system and bring it back into use when needed. Its two ends do different jobs: the 1/2″ male tailpiece screws into the radiator, while the Italian-standard 24×19 connection receives the heating pipe; S.R. intends this connection for copper and multilayer tubes.

The valve body is pressed brass, grade CW617N, with a brushed nickel finish. The supplied tailpiece is self-sealing with rubber, which makes fitting it to the radiator easier. According to S.R., the valve is for water and antifreeze solutions as long as the glycol share does not exceed 30%, and its working limits are 10 bar and 100 °C.

The 24×19 pipe fitting is not included and is chosen by pipe material: for copper S.R. makes Art. 0481 with an O-ring seal, for multilayer Art. 0483. The valve is sold singly, so the radiator’s return connection will need a separate lockshield as well. Look for the matching parts among the radiator valves and pipe connections we carry.
