Description

The VIEGA Smartpress coupling (model 6715, article 729769) joins two lengths of 20 mm Smartpress composite pipe in a straight line, with a press connection on both ends.

It’s made from stainless steel and presses without an O-ring, so no calibrating or expanding of the pipe end is needed. It carries SC-Contur, so an unpressed joint shows up as a visible leak once the system is filled for testing.

At 20 mm it’s also rated for gas installations, in addition to potable water and heating.
