STOUT Direct Pump Group 1", without Pump, Art. SDG-0001-002501

STOUT direct pump group 1″ (Art. SDG-0001-002501) maintains the hydraulic conditions required in a heating system with a constant heat-carrier temperature, and in the heating circuit of a hot-water storage cylinder. This version is supplied without a pump: you install a circulation pump with an installation length of 180 mm yourself, and STOUT allows any comparable pump to be used.

On the heating-system side, both the flow and the return line have shut-off ball valves combined with dial thermometers, and the ball valve on the return line also contains a check valve. As a DN 25 group, it has sockets for fitting a bypass (overflow) valve. The upper connections have Rp 1″ female threads and the lower ones G 1 1/2″ male threads. The whole group sits in a thermal insulation shell.

The group is designed for water or a water-glycol solution with up to 30 % glycol at a working-medium temperature from 5 to 90 °C, with a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar and a maximum working temperature of 110 °C.
