Description
Rostela Mini water-heated towel rail 100×1200 mm (Art. NV90090062) is a white model in RAL 9016 with two upright tubes. It sits quietly beside white sanitaryware and light tiles, warming and drying towels without drawing attention to itself.
The tubes are made of stainless steel, and the maker describes the Mini as a towel rail in the form of a vertical ladder. Supplied with it are two wall brackets and one air vent valve, which you use to bleed off air once the rail is filled. Connection valves are not among the supplied parts and have to be ordered separately.
Once connected to a hot-water circuit, the rail heats up whenever water from that circuit flows through it. According to the manufacturer’s catalogue, this rail has a heat output of 219 W. Which valves suit the installation depends on where the pipes come out, from the wall or the floor, so leave that choice to your installer. In our towel rail section you can compare it with models in other colours, sizes and shapes.
The rail is intended first of all to keep towels warm and dry. If it is also to contribute to heating the bathroom, have a heating engineer calculate the room’s heat loss and set it against the catalogue output. Clean the white surface with a soft cloth dipped in soapy water, and avoid abrasive powders, which can scratch the finish.
