Fima F2138 wall shower arm in chrome (Art. F2138CR) projects 350 mm from the wall to the axis of its outlet, which is where the overhead shower head is fitted. Fima’s product page calls it a wall-mounted bracket and lists it under shower heads and shower elements.

According to Fima’s drawing, the arm is 360 mm long overall and has a G1/2 thread at both the wall end and the outlet. CR is Fima’s code for the chrome finish. The arm is sold by the piece; the shower head and the shower mixer are not part of this article.
