STOUT heating manifold 1″ x 3/4″ (Art. SMS-0912-000007) is a fully equipped stainless steel block for seven circuits in heating or underfloor heating systems: ball valves sit on its 1″ main connections, thermometers come with it, and each outlet ends in a 3/4″ eurocone nipple. The block has no flow meters; its circuits are balanced with shut-off balancing valves instead.

Besides the supply and return bars, the kit includes two ball valves with union connections and G 1″ female threads, two dial thermometer inserts, two automatic air vents, two drain taps with key caps and two bracket sets. On the supply side, each circuit has a shut-off balancing valve that is set with a hex key, while the return bar carries thermostatic valves with regulating caps and presettable flow, which accept thermoelectric actuators with an M30 x 1.5 thread.

STOUT designs the block for heating installations in polymer or multilayer pipe, joined to the outlets with eurocone compression fittings that are not part of the kit. The maximum operating pressure is 10 bar, and the heat carrier may reach 90 °C but must not be steam.
