STOUT Mixing Pump Group 1", without Pump, Art. SDG-0007-002501

STOUT mixing pump group 1″ (Art. SDG-0007-002501) provides the hydraulic and temperature conditions in heating systems that work with a variable heat-carrier temperature. Its core is a three-way mixing valve with a control handle, and the group is delivered without a pump.

The mixing valve is set by hand with its control handle; no electric actuator is included, but a STOUT one can be fitted for automatic control. A built-in adjustable bypass links the return line with the mixing direction, and the valve has a Kvs of 6 m³/h. On the heating-system side, both lines carry a shut-off ball valve with a dial thermometer, the return ball valve has an integrated check valve, and sockets are provided for a bypass (overflow) valve.

STOUT approves water or a water-glycol solution of up to 30 % as the heat carrier. Any similar pump with a 180 mm installation length will fit; like the electric actuator, it is bought separately.
