Effebi extension fitting 1/2″ (Art. 06470404C) is a chrome-plated piece 20 mm long that brings a threaded outlet slightly forward. One end has a G1/2 female thread and the other a G1/2 male thread: the male end screws into the existing female outlet, and the tap or valve then connects to its female end.

Effebi’s TOF Link catalogue shows it as a chromium-plated heavy brass extension with male and female ends (figure 529/OT). Fittings in the series are made of CW617N brass to EN 12165, and their threads are parallel G threads to ISO 228-1.

For the TOF Link series Effebi gives a nominal pressure of PN10, that is 10 bar, and an operating temperature range from −20 to +130 °C. For other threaded connections, see our section of brass threaded connectors.
