The run has two press ends, and the side outlet an Rp 1\/2 female thread for connecting a valve or nipple with a 1\/2&#8243; male thread.<\/p>\n<p>The body is silicon bronze (CC246E \/ CW246E). Both press ends have factory-fitted EPDM sealing elements, and thanks to SC-Contur an unpressed end leaks during the leak test.<\/p>\n<p>The tee fits d 54 mm pipe: Viega Sanpress stainless steel in grades 1.4401 or 1.4521, or copper to DIN EN 1057. It is intended for drinking-water, heating and compressed-air systems, holds DVGW approval and is designed for a nominal pressure of 16 bar.
