Pressing is O-ring-free, so the pipe ends need no widening or calibration, and SC-Contur makes an end left unpressed leak visibly as soon as the system is filled.

Use it with Viega Smartpress, Pexfit Pro or Pexfit Fosta pipe in drinking-water or heating installations, within the system limits of 10 bar, 70 °C in drinking water and 80 °C in heating. Viega caps chloride in the water at 250 mg/l and rules out contact between stainless steel and chloride-containing mortar.
