Steinberg Serie 260 Tall Basin Mixer Matt Black, Art. 260 1700 1 S

Steinberg Serie 260 tall basin mixer in matt black (Art. 260 1700 1 S) is a single-lever model with a raised body, used with countertop basins. It stands 279 mm high, its aerator sits 263 mm above the mounting surface, and the spout reaches 183 mm forward.

The body is brass, finished in matt black. Inside is a 25 mm Kerox ceramic cartridge: the single lever sets both the temperature and the flow. The mixer is fixed in one tap hole and fed from the angle valves by two G3/8 flexible hoses, so it needs no in-wall part.

The angle valves and the basin waste are not included, so choose them separately. Tall and standard models are in our bathroom mixers section, and other matt black pieces can be found among the Steinberg designs we carry, if you are looking for other bathroom fittings in the same colour.

Before buying, check the height of the basin rim: the aerator has to clear it, and the spout should deliver the water over the waste. An installer can easily confirm this from the basin’s dimensions.
