S.R. Rubinetterie Tondera Radiator Angle Supply Valve 1/2", Chrome, Brass, Art. 0620-1500C000

S.R. Rubinetterie Tondera angle supply valve 1/2″ in chrome (Art. 0620-1500C000) is a manual radiator valve for heating systems built with threaded steel pipe, a connection S.R. describes as being for iron tube. The pipe screws into the valve’s 1/2″ female thread, and the 1/2″ male tailpiece fits the radiator. Being hand-operated, it lets you open, close or reduce the flow to the radiator yourself.

The body is pressed brass CW617N, finished in chrome, and the tailpiece comes with rubber self-sealing to make fitting easier. For the angled Tondera valves S.R. lists flow coefficients from Kv 0.46 at a quarter turn up to Kv 3.83 with the valve fully open. It is rated for working pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures up to 100 °C, with water or antifreeze solutions containing no more than 30% glycol as the medium.

The pipe end needs a matching 1/2″ male thread; for copper or multilayer pipe, S.R. makes Tondera valves with a 24×19 connection instead. The return valve is not supplied, as the valve is sold individually. The radiator valves and fittings section of our shop holds further S.R. models.
