STOUT underfloor heating manifold with flow meters (Art. SMS-0927-000010) is a stainless steel distribution block for ten circuits, with 1″ x 3/4″ connections. Its supply and return bars join the heating pipework with 1″ threads, while each of the ten outlets ends in a 3/4″ eurocone nipple; each circuit is balanced, adjusted and shut off separately.

STOUT points out that blocks with balancing flow meters are widely used in underfloor heating. Here the meters sit on the supply bar and are set to the design flow of each circuit while the system is running; the return bar carries thermostatic valves with presettable flow, which take thermoelectric actuators with an M30 x 1.5 thread for automatic control. The block is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar and a heat-carrier temperature of up to 70 °C.

Besides the two bars, the kit contains two bracket sets, two air vent valves, two drain valves and, for every outlet, a eurocone nipple, a flow meter and a thermostatic valve with a regulating cap. Ball valves, thermometers and the eurocone compression fittings for your polymer or multilayer pipe are not included.
